Tanzanian hitmaker Rajab Abdul Kahali alias Harmonize on Wednesday attacked a Journalist at Central Police Station in Dar Salaam after he attempted to video tape him.
Harmonize who is facing drug abuse claims, is said to have smashed the journalist’s camera before running to the station’s waiting room.
Shortly after the incident, the popular musician is reported to have recorded a statement before driving off.

Details from the proceedings are still not clear.
Dar es Salaam regional commissioner, Paul Makonda, had summoned Harmonize to present himself to any nearby police station after a photo of him smoking a substance the Tanzanian authorities suspect to be bhang went viral.
Considering that Tanzanian authorities are known to hold tough stance on drug use and abuse, it will be interesting to see what unfolds from Harmonize’s case.
