Citizen TV news anchor Lilian Muli on Saturday threw a lavish party to family and friends to celebrate yet another year on earth.
Reports indicate the party was held at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in Mombasa.
Colleagues and friends who graced the day, were all dressed in white attires.
Notable faces in the pictures that have surfaced online include: News Director Monica Kiragu, Inooro TV news anchor Muthoni Mukiri, comedian Teacher Wanjiku, among other colleagues from the Citizen TV newsroom.
Last year, same day, heavily pregnant Lilian was surprised live in studio by Wasafi’s Harmonize.
She was just about to sign out right after the 9pm bulletin, when the Happy Birthday hit maker made his way into the set, singing the birthday song.
The surprised mother of two, couldn’t hide her joy as she joined the dance floor, dancing to the music sensation’s tune.
At some point, Lilian was overwhelmed by emotions, breaking into tears.
On the new year’s eve, Lilian accused her boyfriend Jared Nevaton of cheating, calling him a community husband.

However, the two recently made up.
Lilian expressed regret at how she handled the matter saying that it was a low moment in her life.
“My recent outburst, I know everyone knows about it. I am not proud that my outburst had everyone talking. I think sometimes I underestimate my mind.
People will take what you give them and just run with it. I have learnt from it, it was a weak moment for me and it just happened. I am choosing to move on, if I could take it back I would,” Lilian added.
