Adriana Birolli Ferreira is a Brazilian actress born on November 20, 1986, in Curitiba, Paraná.
She began her acting journey at a young age, taking theater courses from the age of eight and earning her professional acting registration at sixteen.
Known for her versatile performances in television, theater, and film, Birolli has become a prominent figure in Brazilian entertainment, particularly through her roles in popular telenovelas.
She moved to Rio de Janeiro in 2007 to pursue broader opportunities and has since built a successful career across major networks like Globo and Record.
Siblings
Adriana grew up with two siblings, an older sister named Letícia Birolli and a brother named Carlito Birolli.
Letícia, a fashion entrepreneur and stylist, has been close to Adriana, with the actress notably attending and blessing her sister’s wedding to Cristian in 2019.
Carlito is a musician, adding an artistic flair to the family.
Career
Birolli’s career started in theater during her childhood in Curitiba, with early roles in productions such as O Teimosinho e o Mandão and Duas Histórias.
She made her television debut in 2008 on Rede Globo’s Beleza Pura as the quirky Viviane Gomes.
Her breakthrough came the following year in Viver a Vida, where she portrayed the jealous and spoiled Isabel Saldanha Ribeiro, marking her as a standout villain opposite established stars like José Mayer and Lilia Cabral.

In 2011, she appeared in Fina Estampa as the sensitive Patrícia Siqueira Velmont, forming a romantic pair with Caio Castro’s character.
After touring with theater plays, she returned to television in 2014’s Império, playing the young Maria Marta in flashbacks and Amanda later on.
She followed this with the role of gossipy journalist Lorena Domingos in 2015’s Totalmente Demais.
In 2017, after years with Globo, she joined Rede Record for Belaventura, starring as Princess Lizabeta Montebelo e Luxemburgo, and in 2018 played Cívia in Jesus.
Her theater work continued prominently, including a long-running role in Manual Prático da Mulher Desesperada from 2006 to 2016, for which she won early acclaim.
In film, she appeared as Luana in Lucicreide Vai pra Marte (2021) and Patrícia in Me Tira da Mira (2022).

In 2006, Adriana became the youngest recipient of the Troféu Gralha Azul for Best Actress for her theater work in Manual Prático da Mulher Desesperada.
Her television breakthrough in Viver a Vida brought multiple honors in 2009 and 2010, including Best New Actress at the Melhores do Ano awards, Prêmio Contigo! de TV, Prêmio Quem de Televisão, and Troféu Super Cap de Ouro.
She also received nominations from Prêmio Qualidade Brasil and Extra Television Awards in the same category.
In 2012, she won Prêmio Jovem Brasileiro for Best Actress for Fina Estampa and Troféu Top of Business as Television Highlight of the Year.
In 2015, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at Prêmio Contigo! for Império.
More recently, in 2022, she earned a nomination for Best National Actress for her role in Lucicreide Vai pra Marte.
