    Al Shabaab Attacks A Mandera Police Post, One Officer Dead

    Al Shabaab militants on Thursday morning attacked Lafey police post in Mandera county leaving one officer dead.

    The terrorists burnt down two police cars using rocket propelled grenades. Twelve officers present during the attack managed to get away unhurt.

    A few of the attackers were also killed during the attack.

    50 terrorists were allegedly involved in the morning attack and made away with one police car.

    A passenger bus was on Wednesday afternoon shot at in Lamu leaving three boda boda riders dead and one nursing gun shot wounds.
