Two people have allegedly been killed by police officers were who were dispersing NASA supporters who had flanked opposition leader Raila Odinga’s home coming convoy. The NASA supporters have been engaging in running battles with the anti riot police officers leading to the closure of Mombasa and Jogoo roads in Nairobi. Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala has declared Raila Odinga will be sworn in as president using the controversial election amendments that were passed prior to the October 26 poll. The High Court in Kirinyaga has dismissed the petition filed by NARC leader Martha Karua against Kirinyaga county governor Anne Waiguru.
