The Fuel prices have once again increased following the latest review by the Energy regulatory commission. The energy regulator said that the reason for the increase was a result of the increase in the average landed costs. The average landed cost increased which higher from the rate that was posted in July of the same year. Warrants of arrest have been issued against Kisumu senator Fred Outa and former deputy governor Ruth Odinga for failure to appear in court for the mention of  the cases where they were charged with incitement and destruction of property. The two were said to have been charged with unlawfully obstruction of a training and forcefully entering an area designated for elections by the IEBC. Inspector General Joseph Boinet has rubbished a report that was released on Saturday by the International Police association and the Institute for economics and peace. The report ranked Kenya Police number 125 out the 127 countries that were surveyed. Divers  who are in the search party for the Helicopter crash that happened in Lake Nakuru close to three weeks ago have suggested traditional rituals in search of the three missing bodies. The search divers while withdrawing from the search said that the prayers had failed and that they should resort to traditional rituals to recover the missing bodies. The autopsy of rugby star Michael Okombe has revealed that the athlete died of internal bleeding after being stabbed four times. The Autopsy was done by the government pathologist Titus Ngulungu.
