A woman is seeking for justice after doctors in Nairobi Hospital misdiagnosed her nearly costing her her life. Benta Opande went to the hospital in May 2017 for a minor surgery which ended up leaving her worse than she was. The hospital still demanded that she pays Sh. 2.4 Million shillings after the botched surgery. Murder suspect Joseph Irungu alias Jowie has withdrawn the application seeking to disqualify Justice Wakiaga for calling him a woman eater. The NHIF CEO Geoffrey Mwangi and the finance director failed to take plea at the Milimani Law Courts. Students from Ambira High school who were seen in a leaked video insulting  the Education CS  Ambassador Amina Mohamed and the  CS Interior Matiang’i. appeared before Senior Resident  Magistrate Gladys Odhiambo. Police  through the Inspector General Joseph Boinnet has put a bounty of Sh.1 million to any who will provide information on the kidnapping of 23-year-old Italian Silvia Costanza Romano . The inspector general revealed the identity of three men who they believe we’re behind the shooting. Police have busted an alleged sex party  that was going down in Bomet county. Around 30  KCSE candidates were arrested in the raid as they engaged in underage drinking at the party. The boys and girls who recently completed their KCSE were found at a house in Chepngaina village after a concerned neighbor  raised alarm. Another video has been released on social media of students from a Coast based school also hurling hurling unmentionable word at CS Matiang’i and Education CS Amina Mohamed. Quack doctor Mugo wa Wairimu  has been charged with running an unlawfully operating a pharmacy among other charges in Nairobi’s Kayole estate. The ‘doctor’ who was arrested last week while in hiding in Gachie pleaded not guilty to the charges and asked the court to be released on bond. Ruling will be given on December 6. Embakasi East member of parliament Babu Owino and his Starehe counterpart Charles Njagua were forced to make a public apology for the fight they had within parliament building last year.
