The government has announced extension of working hours for Huduma Centres from the normal 8 AM to 5 PM. The centres will now open from 6.30 AM to 7 PM. A freed terror suspect Philip Omondi Ochieng is suing the government for the loss of his libido during incarceration. He said that he wants Sh.50 million for unlawful incarceration, cruelty, torture, inhuman and degrading treatment. Cattle rustlers shot at a police helicopter that was pursuing them in Isiolo. The police chopper was flying too low that the rustlers managed to get three bullets through it.
