DP Ruto in a tweet indicated that the meeting, held at his office by former Sports CS Rashid Echesa and three others took approximately 23 minutes. A report by a local daily showed that the accused persons made their way into the Harambee Annex office without being screened as is norm in most public places. A JKIA magistrates court on Monday released former Sports CS Rashid Echesa and three others on a Sh1 million cash bail each. Echesa has been charged with conspiracy to commit a felony by conspiring to make a document with intent to defraud. Education CS Prof George Magoha has stopped the establishment of satellite campuses in order to improve on the quality of education offered at the institutions of higher learning. Interior CS Fred Matiang’i has ordered for the deportation of four Chinese nationals in viral video whipping a Kenyan man for reporting to work late.
