Football legend Joe Kadenge is finally out of the hospital. Kadenge, 84, has been hospitalized for close to two months after he suffered a stroke following the demise of his daughter, Evelyn. Speaking to People Daily, his brother John Anzrah said the legend is doing better and is in a stable condition but is yet to regain his mobility. “He (Kadenge) is resting at home. Police in Voi have seized over 1,000 kilograms of cooking gas during a raid at an illegal LPG filling centre along the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway. A woman living in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been deported and fined after she was found guilty of going through her husband’s phone without his permission. She is said to have grown suspicious of her husband who she thought was having an affair. Upon realizing that his wife had gone through his mobile phone, the husband reported the matter to the police. Kenyan-born Conrad Natse was on Thursday found dead at his Brookline apartment, Massachusetts, USA. Natse, 36, was about to sit for his Certified Nursing Assistant examinations but did not show up. A maid who has been seeking to have her dues paid by her former employer since 2017 claims her life is in danger. Peninah Awuor, 28, in 2017 accused her employer Ahmed Abdi Noor of failing to pay her for “inappropriate” chores which included cleaning a corpse stored under his bed. Kenya Power customers will not access the prepaid services for two days, the company has announced. In a notice appearing in local dailies, the power company stated that the services will be unavailable starting Tuesday, April 9 to Wednesday, April 10.
