Homabay Woman Representative Gladys Wanga has been summoned by Setim Kandie of the Serious Crimes Unit based at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) over offensive conduct and breaches of peace. The International Criminal Court (ICC) has confirmed receiving a petition seeking to probe NASA leaders, Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka. Two Kenyans in the past week asked the international court to investigate the opposition leaders over what they said was ‘inflammatory conduct’ among other crimes. Police have recovered six Glock pistols and a shotgun at businessman, Jimmy Wanjigi’s Muthaiga home where they have camped since Tuesday morning. Businessman Jimmy Wanjigi and his wife Irene Nzisa have sued the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) and the Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet for raiding his homes in Malindi and Muthaiga without search warrants. They also seeking anticipatory bail should any arrests be made. NASA CEO Norman Magaya is a man in hiding after acting CS Interior Ministry, Fred Matiang’i said he (Magaya) would be charged for the Wednesday anti-IEBC protests that turned ugly. Thirdway Alliance party presidential candidate, Ekuru Aukot is not opposed to the inclusion of other presidential candidates on the ballot, the candidate has said. Janet Wangui Ng’ang’a, a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture student is said to have been poisoned while attending a friend’s party. Ms Ng’ang’a, according to her parents attended a party on Saturday night at Githurai with her boyfriend. The girl reportedly had too much to drink on the said night.
