14 year old girl believed to be behind the Moi Girls’ fire that killed 9 students will appear in court on Wednesday morning. The fire was described by the CS Education Fred Matiang’i as arson. Jubilee leaders are an unhappy lot over the latest statement made by NASA leader, Raila Odinga rejecting the IEBC poll date. Nairobi county’s daily revenue collection has risen from Sh. 7 million to Shs. 38.2 million, Governor Mike Sonko has revealed. A suspect in the murder of IEBC ICT manager Chris Msando has been released by the High Court citing lack of sufficient evidence to detain him. Judge James Wakiaga set Andrew Kiprotich, an accountant at Ken Gen free but ordered him to report to the Director of Criminal Investigations on 2 October 2017.
