The Media Council of Kenya has on Wednesday announced the appointment of David Omwoyo as the Chief Executive Officer replacing Dr Haron Mwangi. Mr Omwoyo was the Managing Director of Waumini Communications Limited and the Director of Communications for the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops.
