NASA presidential candidate Raila Amolo Odinga has refused to concede defeat. Raila has so far garnered 6,310,940 million votes which translates into 44.7% of the votes. According to him, the IEBC has not shown his team the 34B forms which they are using to transmit results to their website. A police helicopter has made an emergency landing in Migori county on Tuesday evening. The occupants escaped unhurt, said county Police Commandant, Joseph Nthenge. A man died hours after casting his vote shortly after collapsing in Lela polling station in Kobura ward, Nyando constituency. Suspected Al Shabaab militants on Tuesday morning hijacked two cars believed to have been ferrying voters to their respective polling stations in Mandera county. The cars were hijacked between Omar Jillo and Lafey. The cars were identified as a Probox and a Land Cruiser by the North Eastern regional commissioner, Mohamud Saleh.
