Police are investigating an incident in which a foreign athlete died after fighting with a barber in Iten town, Keiyo North Sub-County, Elgeyo Marakwet County. The barber is being detained for allegedly killing foreign athlete, police said. Two Israelis were Saturday killed in a suspected Palestinian shooting attack in the occupied West Bank, the Israeli military says. It happened near the village of Huwara – which has been the scene of previous deadly attacks on Israelis and rampages by Jewish settlers in retribution. 6 people have died after a well caved in on Saturday in Kihunguro, Ruiru. Reports indicate that 11 others sustained injuries. A 27-year-old engineering student, who set himself ablaze in an attempt to take his own life on Thursday, has died. Coast General Chief Hospital Administrator Dr Iqbal Khandwalla said the man sustained severe burns and died while admitted at the ICU. “He had severe burns and succumbed to injuries,” said Dr Khandwalla.
