A Gilbert Ogango is suing Siaya Senator and Senor Counsel James Orengo for non-payment of salary accruing to Sh950,000. In the suit, Ogango who claims he served at Orengo’s J A B law firm as a clerk said he was employed via verbal agreement for Sh20,000 but that the senator has refused to pay him despite having worked for 17 months without a salary owing to “hard economic” times as the lawyer allegedly claimed every end month. US President Donal Trump  has threatened to cut aid to countries that will today (Thursday, December21) vote in favour of a UN draft resolution condemning the US decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. A distraught father is seeking justice for the murder of his daughter, Diana Mumbi  Mwangi whose lifeless body he found at Kenyatta National Hospital mortuary. High Court has this evening (December 18) quashed move by NGO Board to de-register Africa Center for Open Governance Africog and have its directors arrested. Justice Odunga while ruling over the matter asked the Board to settle suit costs.
