Many first year students have been forced to wait for school fees following a delay by the Higher Education Loans Board (Helb) to release funding. After a long series of exchanges between Nakumatt Supermarket and the owners of Junction Mall the High Court has approved the eviction of the retailer chain. This comes weeks after the Supermarket managed to secure an injunction from the court barring the mall owners from evicting them. The National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) has provided Kenyans with access to 204 hospitals across the country.
