Ali Oumarau, owner of Kiza Lounge who was deported over international crime links is free to return to the country following a ruling by the High Court. A ruling by High court judge James Makau has indicated that Ali is a diplomat who is immune to arrest and deportation in the way that was done last year. Police in Mwingi have finally arrested a pastor, Joshua Kimanzi Munuve who has been on the run for allegedly defiling 20 girls. Angela Gathoni, a member of the Amani National Congress (ANC) party has petitioned to the Registrar of political parties Anne Nderitu to have Musalia Mudavadi among other leaders ousted. The High Court has declared the deed of transfer of functions of Nairobi County to National Government unlawful and irregular. In a ruling by Justice Hellen Wasilwa, the deal that was signed at State House in presence of Nairobi governor Mike Sonko, President Uhuru Kenyatta and Devolution CS Eugene Wamalwa was not approved by the County Assembly thus unlawful.
