A Police Constable, Titus Kipchirchir Kirui has been arrested for allegedly shooting a man in Embakasi in a suspected love triangle. According to a local publication, Constable Kirui will be charged in court with the murder of Charles Karagu. Police are investigating a case where rowdy boda boda youths in Siaya burnt an assistant chief’s home after they were denied permits for disco Matanga. The incident is reported to have happened in Ukwala where Yenga Sub-location Assistant Chief Richard Ooko’s houses were torched. The Nationwide curfew running from 10 PM till 4 AM has been extended by another 60  days thus will be in place until July 27, 2021. Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) have arrested a gang of six men suspected to be terrorizing motorists along the southern bypass. The e-payment platform suffered a technical hitch on Wednesday morning forcing a good number of city motorists to enjoy free parking. A number of motorists recounting experiencing challenges making their payments using the Nairobi revenue collection USSD code, *647# that was rolled out by NMS last year.
