The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) officers have appealed to members of the public who lost their laptops to visit their offices for identification.

Posting on their social media on Saturday, the DCI announced that they seized a number of stolen laptops at a warehouse in Nairobi.

The detectives called on the public to visit their Serious Crime Unit offices.

They noted that they discovered the stockpile after they traced one laptop, a MacBook type, which in turn led them to Kimathi House in Nairobi.

DCI noted: “Yesterday, Serious Crime Detectives recovered several assorted Laptops from a shop at Kimathi House. This was after a stolen Mac Book was traced to the shop.

“We appeal to members of the public who may have lost items to come to OIC #SeriousCrimeUnit and identify,” they mentioned.
