The National Transport and safety Authority (NTSA) has drawn a new policy to have drivers  who are caught driving while under the infulence of alcohol to work in morgues.

“The country has a dismal safety record,” according to Mr.Francis Meja who is the director general in charge implementations of policies who said they will push for the policy which once approved becomes law.

The NTSA introduced the Alco-blow to curb the drunk driving menace that had been the lead cause of accidents in Kenya. Kenyans however in a bid not to be arrested have devised ways to escape the NTSA roadblocks such as forming whatsApp groups to keep track of the road blocks and use alternative routes.
