    EALA MP Simon Mbugua Denied Access To Sarova Panafric, Blames Senior Government Officials For His Woes

    East Africa Legislative assembly (EALA) member of parliament Simon Mbugua was today denied access to the Sarova Panafric Hotel as he attempted to hold a press conference.

    He claimed that his freedom of expression was being infringed as he had booked the venue for the press conference.

    The hotel management stated that they had informed the politician in advance that the space would not be available as it was booked for another event Simon Mbugua accused PS Kibicho of being behind his denied access. He called them the kings of impunity in the country.

    He was arrested last week and charged with robbery with violence alongside two others after the assault that was meted on the NCBDA chairman.

    The chairman was attacked by goons while holding a press conference at Hotel Boulevard. Simon Mbugua was released on a cash bail.
