    Fiuk, born Filipe Kartalian Ayrosa Galvão on October 25, 1990, in São Paulo, Brazil, is a prominent Brazilian singer-songwriter and actor.

    He rose to fame through his work in music and television, establishing himself as a versatile entertainer in the Brazilian media landscape.

    As the son of renowned musician Fábio Jr. and businesswoman Cristina Kartalian, Fiuk grew up in a family deeply connected to the arts, which influenced his early entry into the industry.

    In addition to his artistic pursuits, Fiuk has explored interests like drifting racing and participated in reality television, notably finishing in third place on Big Brother Brasil 21 in 2021.

    Fiuk comes from a large and well-known family, being one of five children of singer Fábio Jr.

    His siblings include his prominent half-sister Cléo Pires, an accomplished actress and singer born to Fábio Jr. and actress Glória Pires.

    Fiuk also has three other half-siblings: Krízia Galvão, Tainá Galvão, and Záion Galvão, each from different relationships of their father.

    The family dynamics have occasionally been in the public eye, with Fiuk and Cléo Pires sharing a close bond despite their different mothers, often supporting each other in public appearances and on social media.

    Career

    Fiuk’s career took off with his involvement in the band Hori, where he served as lead vocalist and contributed to their rising popularity in the late 2000s.

    His acting breakthrough came with Malhação, which opened doors to further television roles, including Agenor Barbosa in Aquele Beijo (2011), Daniel Ramirez in Guerra dos Sexos (2012), Alex in Now Generation (2014), and Ruy Garcia in the acclaimed telenovela A Força do Querer (2017).

    On the big screen, he appeared in films such as As Melhores Coisas do Mundo (2010) and Julio Sumiu (2014).

    Musically, his solo work featured heartfelt pop tracks that resonated with younger audiences.

    His participation in Big Brother Brasil 21 brought renewed attention, showcasing his personality to a broad viewership and solidifying his status as a household name in Brazil.

    Accolades

    In 2010, Fiuk won the Prêmio Contigo for Most Promising Actor for his performance in Malhação.

    That same year, he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Prêmio Contigo Cinema for As Melhores Coisas do Mundo, as well as Best Newcomer at the Extra Television Awards for Malhação.

    In 2011, he earned another nomination for Best Newcomer at the Troféu Imprensa, again for his work on Malhação.

    Additionally, reports indicate he has been honored multiple times at the Prêmio Jovem Brasileiro, reflecting his appeal to younger audiences.

    His third-place finish in Big Brother Brasil 21 also came with a cash prize, marking a notable achievement in reality television.
