Gor Mahia have agreed to pay two months salaries starting next month to four players they unlawfully dismissed in 2017.

The players are Jacob Keli, Chrispine Odula, Sammy Okinda and Jackson Saleh.

Gor Mahia’s legal team committed that the club will pay the salaries before the Sports Tribunal on Tuesday, however, they declined to pay for any damages.

“There was a consent recorded in court to pay them two months salaries starting next month.

“They also want general damages which the club is not willing to pay so that is left for the tribunal to decide,” one of Gor’s legal team member told Kahawa Tungu.

The four joined joined Gor Mahia in 2016 but had minimal impact and were released the following year.
