Changing your DStv password is an important way to keep your account secure and prevent unauthorized access. - Go to the DStv Website

- Access the MyDStv Login Page

Enter your old password, then type in the new one and confirm. The app will save your new password immediately, and you can continue managing your account securely.
- Create a Strong Password
When creating a new password, make sure it is strong and secure. Use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters, and avoid using simple words or personal information like your name or date of birth. A strong password helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
- Log In and Verify
After changing or resetting your password, log out and sign back into your DStv account using the new password. This ensures that the update was successful. If you experience any issues logging in, try clearing your browser cache or restarting the MyDStv app.
