- Understand How DStv Payments Work
DStv subscriptions are paid monthly, and your viewing period runs for 30 days from the date your payment is processed. This means your payment date is based on when you last renewed your account — for example, if you paid on the 10th, your next payment will be due around the same date the following month. To change your payment date, you need to adjust when your payment is made, since DStv automatically resets your billing cycle from the day of payment.

The easiest way to manage your payments is through the DStv Self Service portal or the MyDStv app. Visit www.dstv.co.za and click on Sign In at the top of the page.
