Knowing how to use ACV correctly can help you reduce belly fat over time. Here is how to use Apple Cider Vinegar to lose belly fat.

    1. Dilute Before Drinking

    Never take apple cider vinegar directly as it is too acidic and can damage your teeth and throat. Mix one to two tablespoons of ACV with a large glass of water. Drinking it diluted makes it safe and easier to consume.
