For a couple of minutes or perhaps hours, Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho was a traffic marshal.
In a 17 second video doing rounds online, the county 001 governor took matters into his own hands and helped ease up the traffic jam.
In the undated clip, the ever dapper county boss was dressed in a pair of well fitted jeans, a white cap, white sneakers and a reflector jacket.
While some thought Joho was only but being a humble leader, others thought it was just a Public Relations gimmick meant to endear him to the people.
