Jubilee party’s secretary General, Raphael Tuju on Monday announced the appointment of former IIEC commissioner, Winnie Guchu as the party’s Chief Agent.
She will be deputized by former cabinet secretary for Energy, Davis Chirchir who was in 2015 accused of executing corrupt deals in the energy sector together Senator Mike Sonko.
The former CS was also part of the ‘Chickengate scandal’ having been a commissioner of the IIEC at the time of the scandal.

The country recovered 52 million shillings from the scandal involving Kenyan election and examination officials who were bribed by a UK-based printing firm Smith and Ouzman.
NASA appointed Senator James Orengo as its chief agent and his deputy, Norman Magaya.
