    KEBS and KASNEB Advertise Positions for Accredited Assessors and Verifiers

    The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) and the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination Board (KASNEB) have invited applications for the roles of Accredited Assessors and Verifiers.

    In a notice issued on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the agencies outlined the required subject clusters for applicants, which include Communication Skills, Entrepreneurship, Occupational Safety and Health, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Employability Skills, Statistical Quality Control, Research Techniques, Industrial Attachment, Quality Management Systems, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, Customer Relationship Management, Quality Assurance, Management Systems Audit, and Quality Improvement Projects.

    Applicants must hold a recognized bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, possess a relevant professional qualification, and have a minimum of five years of post-qualification teaching or industrial experience. Additional requirements include proven experience in moderation, verification, or quality assurance, accreditation by TVETA, knowledge of national TVET and KNQF regulatory requirements, and high moral integrity and professionalism.

    “Successful applicants will be trained, registered, and engaged on a need basis in accordance with KASNEB policies and national quality assurance guidelines,” the notice stated.

    The minimum requirements and detailed Terms of Reference for the positions are available on the KEBS and KASNEB websites (www.kebs.org and www.kasneb.or.ke) under the Careers page.

    Interested candidates are required to submit applications electronically in PDF format through the KASNEB website. Applications must include a cover letter addressed to ceo@kasneb.or.ke, a detailed curriculum vitae with the names and contacts of three referees, copies of academic and professional certificates, and a national ID or passport.

    The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
