Several government agencies, including the Kenya National Innovation Agency (KeNIA), Kenya Film Commission (KFC), the ICT Authority, and the Social Health Authority (SHA), have announced new job opportunities as part of ongoing recruitment drives across the public sector.
KeNIA announces HR position
In a notice dated June 2, 2026, KeNIA announced a vacancy for a Principal Human Resource Management Officer on a permanent and pensionable basis.
The agency said interested applicants can access detailed job descriptions and application procedures through its official website, https://kenia.go.ke/careers.
Applicants are required to submit their applications via the online portal. The deadline for submission is June 24, 2026, at 5:00pm. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Kenya Film Commission advertises three roles
The Kenya Film Commission (KFC) has also opened recruitment for three positions: Manager, Production Liaison and Coordination; Film Development Officer; and Office Assistant.
Applicants are required to submit a cover letter, detailed CV including three referees’ contacts, current and expected remuneration, email and daytime telephone contacts, as well as copies of academic and professional certificates and testimonials.
Applications should be sent via email as indicated in the official advertisement and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Film Commission, P.O. Box 76417-00508, Jumuia Place, Lenana Road, Nairobi.

ICT Authority advertises six senior roles
The ICT Authority has announced six vacancies, including Deputy Director, Human Resources and Administration; Assistant Director, Programme Management; Principal Internal Auditor; Principal Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer; Principal ICT Technical Support Officer; and Principal Legal Officer.
Applicants are required to submit a detailed curriculum vitae, application letter, academic and professional certificates, as well as a duly completed and stamped self-declaration form from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
Applications must be submitted online via recruitment.icta.go.ke. Further details are available on www.icta.go.ke. The deadline for applications is June 16, 2026.
SHA opens legal services position
The Social Health Authority (SHA) has also advertised a vacancy for the position of Corporation Secretary/Director of Legal Services.
