Kenya Airways temporarily suspended its repatriation flight to and from Dubai scheduled for Friday, March 6, 2026, following security guidance issued by Dubai Airport authorities.

In a notice to customers, the airline said the decision was taken as a precaution to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.

“The safety of our crew and customers remains our top priority,” the airline said, while apologizing for any inconvenience caused by the suspension.

The repatriation flights had been operating outside the airline’s normal schedule to facilitate travel between Nairobi and Dubai amid the ongoing situation affecting travel in the region.

Passengers have been advised to check the status of their flights through the airline’s official website and ensure their contact details are updated via the Manage Booking section to receive direct updates.

Customers seeking further information have also been encouraged to contact the Kenya–UAE consulate.

For assistance, travelers can reach the airline’s Customer Excellence Team through the following channels:

    • Phone: +254 711 024 747
    • WhatsApp: +254 705 474 747
    • X (formerly Twitter): @KQSupport

Kenya Airways said it will provide further updates once new information becomes available.
