    Agitated Kenyans Make Their Worries Known Over Extra Ballot Papers In A ‘Memo To John Kerry’

    The IEBC has in news reports had Presidential ballot papers printed by more than 6% of the initial number.

    According to the commission, the extra ballots are meant for voters who spoil their ballot and need a new one. It has however never happened in the past.

    Kenyans are now directing their worries over the extra ballots to former US Secretary of State, John Kerry who will be among the international election observers expected in the country this week.

    KoT are now writing a ‘memo’ to Mr Kerry regarding their agitation towards the ballot papers that are apparently meant to help rig the elections.

    According to the opposition the extra ballot papers arrived in the country and were stored away in a warehouse.
