The Kenya Space Agency (KSA) has announced a mass recruitment drive, opening up several job opportunities across technical, administrative and support functions.
In a notice issued on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the agency invited qualified Kenyans to apply for various positions as it seeks to strengthen its workforce.
Among the positions advertised are Principal Officer, Remote Sensing; Principal Officer, Geographic Information System; Space Infrastructure and Facility Development Officer; Space Science and Astronomy Officer; Space Operations and Systems Engineer; Navigation and Positioning Officer; Satellite Communication Officer; Surveillance Officer; and Enforcement Officer.
KSA is also seeking to recruit a Remote Sensing Officer, Geographic Information Systems Officer, Geo-Information and Data Management Officer, Software Engineer, Space Digital Infrastructure Officer, Space Research and Innovation Officer, Space Education and Awareness Officer, Planning Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, Finance Officer and Accountant.
Other vacancies are available in administration and corporate functions, including Internal Auditor, Human Resource Officer, Administration Officer, Corporate Communications Officer, Legal Officer and Supply Chain Management Officer.
The agency has also advertised positions for Assistant Corporate Communications Officer, Driver, Senior Office Assistant and Office Assistant.
KSA said detailed information on the advertised positions, including job descriptions, qualifications and requirements, is available on its jobs portal.

Applications must be submitted online through the KSA recruitment portal.
The agency said applications must be received on or before Monday, August 31, 2026, at midnight East Africa Time (EAT).
