    Radvinsky was an entrepreneur from a young age. At just 17, he helped launch an online business called Cybertania Inc., marking the beginning of his career in the internet space.

    Over the years, he developed several websites, particularly in the early 2000s, which generated significant income through online referrals and advertising. In 2004, he founded MyFreeCams, a live-streaming platform that became one of the largest adult webcam sites globally.

    Beyond his online businesses, Radvinsky also ran a venture capital fund known as Leo, established in 2009. Through this fund, he invested in various technology companies, including projects such as B4X and the open-source social networking platform Pleroma. He was also known for supporting software development communities, including the Elixir programming language ecosystem.

    Radvinsky gained global recognition after acquiring a majority stake in OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International, in 2018 from founders Tim and Guy Stokely.

    Under his ownership, OnlyFans grew rapidly into one of the most profitable creator platforms in the world. The platform became widely known for subscription-based content, particularly adult material, though it also hosts creators in areas such as fitness, music, and lifestyle.

    By 2023, OnlyFans was generating billions in annual revenue, and Radvinsky was receiving hundreds of millions of dollars annually in dividends, cementing his status as a billionaire entrepreneur.

    Philanthropy

    Radvinsky supported several charitable causes during his lifetime. In 2022, he donated $5 million toward Ukraine relief efforts. He also contributed to cancer research, animal welfare organizations, and medical research initiatives, including donations to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

    In 2024, he and his wife backed a $23 million cancer research program, reflecting his growing involvement in philanthropy. He also expressed interest in joining the Giving Pledge, a commitment by wealthy individuals to donate most of their fortunes to charitable causes.

    Political Activity

    Radvinsky was occasionally linked to political donations. Reports in 2023 claimed he contributed funds to AIPAC, although he publicly disputed these claims.

    Death

    Leonid Radvinsky died on March 20, 2026, after battling cancer. He was 43 years old. At the time of his death, his net worth was estimated at around $7.8 billion.
