The newly launched Mombasa – Nairobi train service is facing few challenges. One of them seems to be communications as all others are expected to happen in anything which is operated by human beings.
The Mombasa to Nairobi is reportedly stuck at Kibwezi without a clear explanation or even communication from the operators to the passengers on board. Those on board are still trying to get a confirmation from SGR officials on what is really happening.
It would be better if Kenya Railways communicate to the clients in time.
