The Facebook user and confirmed policeman who goes by the name Kipchirchir Alfie is promising to personally shoot more than 800 people dead in Kisumu in tomorrow’s vote.

While the individual has been reported to the police bosses multiple times, no action seems to be forthcoming and he is still confidently using his Facebook page to spew hate and promise to massacre those he doesn’t agree with.

Just today, more than 3 people have reported the Facebook user to authorities but all have been dismissed that there is nothing the police is going to do about the case.
