    Seven Members Elected to Kenya Veterinary Board

    The Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB) has announced the election of seven new members to its 17-member board. The announcement was made in a public notice on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

    The new board members were elected during the 2025 KVB elections, held between November 26 and December 16, 2025. The elections filled seven director positions, including four veterinary surgeons and three paraprofessionals.

    The elected members are Dr. Agnes Gathoni Maina, Dr. Diana L. Adhiambo Onyango, Dr. Edgar Sakwa Kamama, Dr. John Wilberforce Muchibi, Calvin Onyango Ninga, Walter Kiprono Kemboi, and Oreste Karanja Kuria.

    The new directors will serve a three-year term, helping guide veterinary practice and policy across the country.
