Seven year old, Geoffrey Mutinda was earlier today shot dead in Nairobi’s pipeline estate. The boy was said to be playing on the balcony when he met his untimely death.

A pregnant woman was also allegedly shot and injured in the same area.
The death of the seven year old brings the number of children who have died to four following the protests. He also died the same way as eight year old Stephanie Moraa who was also shot dead while playing on a balcony in Mathare.

Odinga condemned the actions by the police preventing them from holding their memorial service at the grounds. He said that He will be sworn in on Jamhuri day, 12 December by the people’s assembly.
He addressed the crowd from his car as his entourage was not allowed into the venue that was allegedly filled with feces.
