    State House To Auction Motor Vehicles, Spare Parts On June 13

    The Executive Office of the President has announced a public auction of unserviceable vehicles and various equipment through Astorian Auctioneers.

    In a notice released on May 27, 2025, State House said the auction will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. at the State Department for Roads in Ruiru.

    Among the items to be sold are motor vehicles, tyres, car batteries, obsolete spare parts, laundry machines, scrap metals, old carpets and rags, a car washing machine, generator, halogen security lights, an electric cooker, and a lawn mower.

    “The Executive Office of the President – State House intends to sell by Public Auction Unserviceable Motor Vehicles, Tyres, Car Batteries, obsolete vehicle spare parts, laundry machines, scrap metals, old carpets &rags, car washing machine, generator halogen security lights, electric cooker, lawn mower among other items,” the notice reads.

    Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of Sh50,000, payable in cash at the Cash Office of the Executive Office of the President – State House, Nairobi, during normal working hours.
