‘Take Action Against NASA Goons,’ Moses Kuria Tells Boinnet, Matiang’i

Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria has asked Inspector General of Police, Joseph Boinnet and Acting CS Interior Security Fred Matiang’i to exercise their powers and take action against NASA ‘goons.’

Kuria was referring to the a section of the opposition supporters who were caught on tape looting and destroying property during the ‘no reforms, no elections’ demonstrations.

The legislator said the destruction was unprovoked and unacceptable.

”Dear IG Boinnet and CS Fred Matiangi. The wanton destruction of property and robbing of innocent Kenyans today in broad daylight by NASA goons is simply unacceptable. Enough is enough. Take action now. You have all the tools. You have the law and authority on.your side. Use them. Stop this madness,” read his Facebook post in part.

The Kiambu county legislator also vowed to ‘speak less and act more.’

” From today I choose to speak less and act more.”

NASA has called for seven day demonstrations starting next week Monday all over the country.

The protests are meant to oust IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba from office.
