Jubilee Mp candidate, Kisumu East and nominated senator, Joy Gwendo needs support getting to parliament.
The legislator is vying for the Kisumu East Parliamentary seat but the money seems to be tight. Gwendo has a pay bill number requesting Kenyans to raise funds for her quest for the parliamentary seat.
Kisumu East residents however are not moved by her plea saying that she has ignored them since setting foot on the corridors of power.
Kenyans online have termed Joy Gwendo as arrogant and one with a bad attitude. She has also been said to be scandalous.
The young legislator was in 2016 involved in a scandalous incident that was caught on camera. Joy was seen insulting her Personal Assistant before throwing a shoe at her.
Kisumu residents have accused Gwendo of being too scandalous to be their legislator come August 2017.
