Machakos Governor, Alfred Mutua has been described by many as a stand up guy who has turned Machakos county into the county to watch out for. Alfred has been described by many as a person who only engages in public relations theatrics.
During his interview on Jeff Koinange Live on Citizen, the governor gave an account of his achievements from the dams to Machakos county being a corruption free zone. What the governor did not tell the people is that he had asked his ministers to text in to Citizen Tv prior to his JKL appearance, kahawatungu.com has learnt.
Mr Mutua is said to have asked his ministers to get people in their numbers to text in to JKL. The rallying was done through Whatsapp groups as seen here:
Alfred Mutua who will be facing off with Wavinya Ndeti has been said to be the most likely governor to lose his seat. Many have termed him as someone who talks a lot but does not walk the walk.
Going with the Citizen tv poll on JKL, the governor will get 50% of the votes. Having had his ministers jam the Citizen tv’s SMS lines, many would say that the governor is scared.
