The court in Uganda  has released  Robert Kyangulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine on Ksh 27,000 (UGX 1,000,000) bail and Ksh 270,000 (UGX 10million) bond. A report has revealed that the usage of condoms for the reduction of HIV was still low. The report revealed that the Kenyan man used an average of 14 condoms per year which was below the global standard of 40. The report revealed that more than 182.3 million condoms were distributed in the country in 2017 to assist in reducing HIV-Aids infection.
