Parents and alumnae of Moi Girls school Nairobi held a protest today outside the school premises demanding for interrogation of Principal Jael Mureithi. Safaricom powered taxi hailing app, Little has reportedly sold its 10 per cent stake to an unidentified Indian investor valued at over Sh.300 million. Police have ordered for a male teacher from Moi Girls’ School Nairobi to take a DNA test after the report of the sexual assault incident on Saturday showed that he could be a suspect. The drama teacher, Robinson Mudavadi is said to have committed the crime together with two other men. 13 suspects implicated in the National Youth Services (NYS) Sh.9 billion scandal are expected in court on Monday. The thirteen surrendered to the police before the court’s Thursday 2 p.m deadline. Police are looking into the alleged rape of three Moi Girls Nairobi Secondary School students. The students are said to have been assaulted at around 2 a.m in the area between the washrooms and their dormitories.
