EACC officers arrested State Counsel, Donald Ochieng on Wednesday for demanding bribe in order to influence a defilement case that he was working on. He promised the client that he would talk to the magistrate working on the case so he can give him a convenient ruling.

The arrest was confirmed by the Regional EACC boss George Ojowi who said that they were awaiting for the DPP’s direction before charging the suspect.
