Transport was on Sunday paralysed along the Nairobi- Nakuru Highway after a lorry carrying beer was involved in an accident. People living around Karai shopping centre scrambled for the alcoholic beverages. The lawyer, Mbithi Kimeu has been representing the Governor in a petition filed by former Kathiani MP, Wavinya Ndeti challenging his August 8 win. High Court judge, Justice John Mativo was on Wednesday accused of gross misconduct, with a petitioner seeking for his removal from office. The petitioner, Adrian Kamotho Njenga while submitting his petition with the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) said that the judge was in contravention of articles 73, 74 and 75 of the Constitution. 142 students have managed to score a mean grade of A plain in this year’s Kenya Certificate Secondary Examination (KCSE), an improvement by one from 2016 where 141 had scored the same.
