Donald Trump has said he plans to turn himself in on Thursday to a court in the state of Georgia to face charges of election interference. A human rights activist Monday moved to court challenging the directive by President William Ruto to have all government services make payments through one digital payment. He argued the directive is unconstitutional. A 20-year-old student at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture Technology died after falling from the fifth floor of a building in Juja Town. Keith Osoro Moenga a second-year student at the university died at the hostel where his girlfriend stayed after falling, police and witnesses said. A six-month-old baby has died in a fire incident in Athi River, Machakos County. The baby and her 17-year-old mother had been trapped in the house where they stayed before being rescued by locals. Police said Laura Ann Carleton, 66, was found with a bullet wound at her Mag Pi shop in Cedar Glen, California, on Friday.
