114 people have tested positive for the Covid-19 virus, from a sample size of 2,507 tested in the last 24 hours. This brings to 94,614 the number of confirmed positive cases in the country. The cumulative tests are now 1,011,025. Of the cases, 100 are Kenyans while 14 are foreigners. 325 patients have recovered from the disease, 256 being from the Home-Based Care Program, while 69 have been discharged from various hospitals. Kenya has announced 390 COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. This was after a sample size of 6,277 was tested. The country’s caseload is now at 94,151. 363 of the positive cases are Kenyans, with foreign nationals being 27. 265 are male while 125 are female. Police authorities are probing the mysterious death of Kisii Central Police boss, Symon Gababa who was found unconscious in his car. The police boss was reportedly found dead in his car outside staff quarters at the  Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology (KIHBT) in Kisii town. This has ideally been confirmed by Kisii County Police Commander Jebel Munene who intimated that the cause of his death is yet to be established.
