Police are investigating an attempted theft incident that was reported at the residence of High Court Judge Nixon Sifuna in Kisii County. Eight children are still missing after gunmen raided an unregistered orphanage in Nigeria’s north-central Kogi State and kidnapped 23, authorities have said.
